各地創新小嘗試:幫助學生建立自評/互評常規的小tips

初初推行LBD的學校,往往會有這樣的懊惱——要怎樣建立學生自評和互評的習慣,讓學生知道應該評什麼,怎樣評,而不只是坐埋一齊傾閒計?

有個神奇的現象是,隔離位個同學講一句,效果好過老師評價十句。學生自己自動自覺去反思,即刻採取行動去改善。

  1. Establish norms for feedback
  2. Use a rubric to help shape student feedback
  3. Set goals based on the information that the students got in terms of their peer assessments, self-assessments, and teacher input, as well.
  4. Any critique given has to be Kind, Helpful and Specific
  5. Perform student assessments frequently
