各地創新小嘗試:改變由一張post-it 開始

一位中學校長向校內的每一位同學都派了post-it,讓每個人都寫下自己有興趣想學的topic,希望可以踏出改變的一小步,給予學生更多的choice and voice。同學們寫低自己想學的topic後,將post-it貼在校長辦公室門口的玻璃窗。

一個星期後,他的玻璃窗上貼滿了幾百張post-it。當他仔細閱讀post-it內容後感到非常驚訝——“how to change a tire”, "how to tie a bow tie"等等原來才是學生想學的內容。於是他和學校各學科管理層商議,調動時間表,每2-3星期安排30分鐘時間,讓學生自由選擇他們感興趣的課堂。

對於學校校長和老師而言,這個小小的舉措也為他們帶來了新的發現和衝擊。
